3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

• Hacking, use of bots, or unauthorized access to the platform
• Impersonating another user or engaging in identity fraud
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform

9 Account Closure & Suspension

7q7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. Users may also submit a request to close their own account at any time.

• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, your balance may be forfeited.
• If you close your account voluntarily, any verified balance can be withdrawn.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
• In the event of death or incapacitation, a family member or legal representative may request account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy
